Sussex Wildlife Trust (SWT) partnered with us to successfully relocate from their long-standing premises of over 60 years into a modern office environment built around flexibility, collaboration, and sustainable working practices.
This move formed a key milestone within a broader IT roadmap designed to modernise SWT’s technology environment and bring systems and ways of working up to current standards. Together, we designed and delivered a secure, modern workplace technology framework to support hot-desking, hybrid meetings and room booking.
The result was a smooth transition with minimal disruption, improved collaboration across teams, and a more agile digital workplace aligned with SWT’s ongoing modernisation journey.
Sussex Wildlife Trust is a conservation charity dedicated to protecting the rich natural life of Sussex. The Trust manages nature reserves, delivers education and engagement programmes, and campaigns for the protection of wildlife and wild places across the county.

Key elements of the solution included:
Throughout the project, we worked as a collaborative partner, aligning technology to SWT’s culture, people, strategic objectives, and plans for continued digital transformation.
“Thank you so much for your hard work which has helped deliver such an excellent outcome to the deadline we set (not easy to do!). The biggest risk to the move and timeline was IT failure. The team were brilliant and provided first-class support. The fact that the transition was virtually seamless is a testament to the work and skill of the Trident team.” – Chris Corrigan, Chief Executive, Sussex Wildlife Trust
The move has enabled Sussex Wildlife Trust to work more efficiently, improving collaboration, speeding up access to information, and reducing technology barriers so staff can focus more of their time on their mission.
